What drives the total is the type of failure, the parts needed, and whether a permanent fix can be done on the spot or needs a return visit. We do not add surcharges to parts at night. If you choose to stop the water tonight and schedule the full repair later, you only pay the dispatch fee and the stabilization work.

There is a dispatch fee for after hours calls, quoted when you call. Repair pricing is the same flat rate we charge during the day. You will know the numbers before the plumber does any work.
Is a frozen pipe an emergency?
A frozen pipe with no leak is urgent but not always an emergency. Open the tap, keep the house warm, and call us. If the pipe has split and is leaking as it thaws, shut off the main and treat it as one.
My toilet is overflowing. What do I do?
Turn the valve behind the toilet clockwise to stop the water. Do not flush again. If other drains are backing up too, the problem is in the main line and needs a plumber, not a plunger.
Can you help with water damage cleanup?
We stop the water and repair the plumbing. For drying and restoration we can refer you to local companies we trust and provide the photos and report your insurer will ask for.
