The plan runs for 12 months and renews automatically. You pay by card each month with no signup fee. You can cancel at renewal with a phone call. If you cancel early, we bill the difference between the member price and the regular price for any service already done that year.
No. It is a service plan, not a warranty or insurance. It pays for the inspections and water heater service, and it lowers the price of repairs. You still get a written quote and approve any work before it starts.
Flow Complete includes a yearly softener visit. We test hardness at the tap, look at the resin tank and brine tank, clear salt bridging, and adjust the regeneration schedule. Treasure Valley water is hard enough that most softeners here need a yearly check to keep working.
Yes. Each address needs its own plan. We schedule visits with your tenant and send the report and any quote to you.
Call (208) 555-0142. Members go to the front of the schedule. Flow Standard members pay a reduced after-hours fee, and Flow Complete members pay none. A frozen or burst line in a crawl space is common here in January, and the fall visit on Flow Complete is meant to catch that before it happens.
